Surprisingly good! I had just hoped for a protector that wasn't too hard. I've had a protector made by a dentist before, which was hard and uncomfortable. This one worked well. I shortened it a little on one side, after the back teeth were removed. After the first night, I heated it again and improved the shape a little. I've used it for a few nights now and it hasn't bothered me at night. The other protector was left for later use.

I'm looking for some fresh-tasting xylitol lozenges. The Mint-Menthol lozenge is okay, but I would have liked more mint flavor and less menthol. The flavor is quite strongly associated with colds and eucalyptus.
