I bought these because I have noticed that during stressful office work I clench my teeth/tighten my jaw. These really help with the problem. The first splint worked better when I didn't use too hot water. When making the second splint, I used too boiling water, so as soon as I took it out of the water it started to harden and clump together. I'll do better next time. Still using both now! I'm satisfied.
Ostin nämä, koska olen huomannut että stressaavassa töissä toimistohommissa puren hampaita yhteen/jännitän leukoja. Nämä auttavat tosi hyvin ongelmaan. Ensimmäinen kisko onnistui paremmin kun en käyttänyt liian kuumaa vettä. Toisen kiskon teossa käytin liian kiehuvaa vettä, niin se heti vedestä ottaessa alkoi jo kovettua ja mennä kasaan. Ensi kerralla jo osaa paremmin. Silti kumpikin käytössä nyt! Olen tyytyväinen.
