Easy to adjust to your own mouth. 5-step adjustment works well. Stays in place well, can speak. Doesn't press on gums. Gets used to easily, doesn't disturb sleep at night. No pain in jaws, teeth, etc. in the morning. Protective case is a nice addition for storage, for travel. Another bite guard in reserve. This is also a nice addition. The product has been in use for a week, so I can't say anything about its durability yet. I recommend it!

Really good toothbrush. Easy to brush teeth because the brush head is large enough to clean all sides of the teeth.

The taste is suitably mild.
