Absolutely terrible product. Money wasted and garbage created. Couldn't really adjust it to fit my mouth. I don't understand how anyone could adjust the product enough, it hardens in seconds. Also, you have to be afraid that it will burn your mouth. The material is too thick and the shape is wrong at the beginning, it causes a gag reflex.
