I haven't used the product at night yet, because when I have very bad sleep, the extra burp in my mouth feels quite strange, but fortunately, just being aware of its existence at hand has apparently made me feel better mentally and the headaches have disappeared even without this rail.

Modifying the product in hot water is quite easy, the instructions are clear. In the instructions, there could be a hint about biting into the shape while lying down, because the need to use it is probably at night. The length of the rail was not quite enough up to the last back teeth, instead the palate was too good -> could the design of the rail blank be improved, so that it would be lower in the middle, and a little longer? A good product compared to similar competitors - the price-quality is right. A couple of months of experience.

the bite rails could be a little softer and the spacer a little thicker. good model that doesn't go very deep, easier to sleep.
